Inspired by the performance of the XL80, the XL40 carries forward the same trail-proven pedigree, delivering 5,224 lumens of usable illumination to a wider range of motorcycles.

Engineered specifically for dirt bikes equipped with lower-output OEM stators, the XL40 draws just 43.5W-making it a powerful lighting upgrade without the large power draw. Paired with our signature XL Trail Lens, the XL40 produces both a vertical and horizontal beam pattern with exceptional near-field and peripheral visibility.

Designed for tight, technical singletrack, the Trail Lens redistributes center beam intensity to eliminate harsh hot spots, improving clarity through vertical transitions, quick elevation changes, and tight corners. The result is a smooth, evenly distributed field of light that inspires confidence in the most demanding terrain.
