Brackets and/or carriage bolts have some cosmetic defect due to either the powdercoating not being consistent or from being scratched during handling. See photo for examples.

Kit comes as a complete TailGuard kit including all necessary hardware: 2 brackets, 2 carriage bolts, 2 bushings, 2 large and 2 small washers, and 2 lock nut and nuts.

These are sold seperate from the AllGuard kit.
