About OmahaBravo Designs

OmahaBravo Designs started with a simple problem: a need to mount a battery charger on a wall, with nothing on the market to do it. That first bracket led to a Ford Super Duty, and the Super Duty brought a steady stream of new problems worth solving. What began as one-off projects for a single truck became products other owners asked for by name. OmahaBravo Designs is still a small operation today, and the name itself comes from friends and family calling the designs "overbuilt" — a description the team wears as a badge of honor. OmahaBravo Designs is an authorized retailer of Baja Designs® off-road lighting and sPOD® wiring and switch systems. Product names, images, and descriptions for these brands remain the property of their respective manufacturers.

Our House Product Line

Alongside Baja Designs and sPOD, OmahaBravo Designs designs and builds its own line of truck anti-theft hardware, made in-house for Ford F-150 and Super Duty trucks:

  • TailGuard™ — an anti-theft tailgate bracket that blocks access to the tailgate latch mechanism from inside the bed, helping prevent unauthorized entry and tailgate/taillight theft. Fits 2017+ Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 Super Duty and 2021+ Ford F-150.
  • HoodGuard™ — a bracket that prevents thieves from easily popping the hood to reach the horn. Fits 2017+ Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 Super Duty and 2021+ Ford F-150.
  • LightGuard™ — a taillight theft-deterrent kit that covers both taillight fasteners with machined aluminum covers and patented security fasteners. Fits 2017+ Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 Super Duty.
  • CoverGuard™ — a security tailgate fastener kit that replaces the factory T25 Torx tailgate cover screws with a patented, tamper-resistant fastener, closing off a common tailgate-drop access point. Fits 2017+ Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 Super Duty and 2015+ Ford F-150 (not compatible with Integrated Step or ProAccess tailgates).
  • HingeGuard™ — a direct-fit, tamper-resistant replacement for the factory tailgate hinge fastener on trucks with the auto-close tailgate function. Fits 2024+ Ford F-150 (with ProAccess tailgate) and 2023+ Ford Super Duty.
  • AllGuard Kit™ — a bundle of HoodGuard, TailGuard, CoverGuard, and LightGuard at a discount versus buying each separately. Fits 2017+ Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 Super Duty only (not compatible with F-150).
  • BMC Anti-Theft Plate — a bolt-on plate that protects the horn wiring behind the front grille from being cut to disable the alarm. Fits 2023–2026 Ford Super Duty.
